CCA08: Registration

Please complete the following form. To submit the form, click the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of this page. You will need to accept the self-signed served certificate issued by the Computation Institute of University of Chicago if you get a browser warning message. It is safe to proceed.

Registration Fee: $125.

Payment deadline is Oct. 17th. There is no on-site payment, prepayment is required.

Acceptance notifications for submissions will go out Sept. 4, 2008.
